The White Bear Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that offers tailored workshops and presentations for young people, parents and schools. Participants learn how to effectively communicate with their parents, family and friends. The workshops provide young people with self-management tools to deal with the ups and downs of the high school years and beyond. Next weekend workshop is Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 April.
